It's difficult to scan a cover like this one, the letters above "10" are golden, below they are silver. The letters are actually brighter.
Has it been ten years already? Lordy, how the time goes. I hope they have a cover retrospective, like any good magazine celebrating a milestone should do for its readers.

Is this a book? Or another issue of the magazine? Where can I purchase it?
It's a thick magazine, I guess about 300 pages. There is no table of contents and the pages are not numbered. I bought it where I usually buy magazines and this one was placed at the same spot as Russian Vogue usually is.

There is no cover retrospective. About 15 covers are spread all over the magazine, for instance the March 2008 cover (Natalia V) is shown in Steve Meisels entry.
As example I took two photos of the "fashion" part (where we would expect eds). It's 2 pages or 4 (f.i. Reveriego, Roversi, Sorrenti) or 6 pages (Meisel, Testino) of each photographer.
