^It's not. I think I have seen this on another photographer's online portfolio, I'm not 100 per cent sure though. I have seen those in many German Magazines and I have 2 other shots by myself but I think the pictures are up on their website for quite a while now.

The first shot just screams "Help! I'm in a body cast and I can't get up". I mean seriously, the woman could not look like she's in more of a paralyzed state there.
