Chanel and Fendi were the first things that I thought about when I saw these photos, before I read the comments. The first pic looks like an ad for sunlotion if you ask me.

They're okay. I like the clouds and simple backdrop... styling on the man is nice. Not very "stand out"-ish though.

I believe the Bally ads came out weeks (maybe even a month) before the Chanel and Fendi ads came out.
