Ok so i think this is the right place for this.. hope it is anyways

I know there are certain methods for making couture clothing and alot of it is hand made .. does any one know anything about it ??

it would help me loads with college work thanks I also thort it would be interesting to talk about

i was reading this book a while back --it's basically on how to form sculpture with sewing, the way you fold it and iron it and also adding padding.. I don't think it's much as any different to tailoring.

well, what exactly do you need couture sewing for? the hem? pocket?

Get thee to the Fashion Incubator website where there are any number of tutorials that will be applicable. If you buy the book and join the forum for the site, you may even find yourself conversing with a whole variety of people who do it.
