One of my favourite buildings is "the Erotic Gherkin" in London's financial area, City of London. It's actually called the 30 St Mary Axe.
The whole area of Bank is amazing, with lots of contrasts between old and modern buildings.

This is the view of the Gherkin from Brick Lane, I took it:

And this is from the 30 St Mary Axe website:

This is at the very top of the building.

OH! I've been there. I was surprised how industrial the area is. The architecture is a sight to behold.

Love the Gherkin brown eyes! I was just talking about Battersea Power Station with my friend Paul. We are gonna try and break in and spend the night there with our cameras. I hope it isn't patrolled. Inspired by the line from Baby Shambles' Albion "If you are looking for a cheap tart glint with perspiration, there is a four mile queue outside the disused power station". If anyone wants to come, PM me. Paul is a law student and we are pretty sure even if we are caught, we can't be charged with anything.

It's just glorious!!

Oh if you can play a guitar and have a cool outfit and a thermos flask, even better. My friends are art students and we wanna get some glorious pictures out of it.
