beautiful contributions adorefaith
david wiseman's work is definitely something special

i just got finished gushing about the bronze branch and porcelain flower lighting he does that you posted in the lighting thread

there's just something organic about his work..
tough to explain but i really like it

the handblown glass is really cool as well..
using several long thin vases like that--especially opaque so that the flower stems don't show--and having the vases be of varying heights with varying lengths of flowers in them can be sooo beautiful and elegant...
like just having 2 or 3 flowers per vase..
really beautiful...

it can just be such a great way to make an impact with some well-chosen flowers instead of having to buy tons and tons of flowers to dress up a space for entertaining or everyday life..
because anyone who has bought flowers knows how expensive those can get

Porcelain flower vases:

Quote:
Delicate, hand-formed white porcelain flower vases will add charm to a tabletop. Each bloom atop the vase is intricately sculpted of the whitest unglazed porcelain to create a lifelike appearance. Glazed interior.

^i like the caterpillar

quirky and kind of sweet because of the color..
looks a bit like a child's toy or something..
and putting little sprigs of flowers like that (nothing too elegant) looks just right i think..
i could see little daisies in each of the spaces
