no no no! i'm really glad you've started an oz street thread and all but these people don't look good! arrggh i wish i could take pictures of people on the streets of brisbane! There are always some very cool outfits. better than lots of street style pics i've seen on the whole street style thread. will any aussies go out and take pics ? that would be awsome!

I was thinking about going and taking photos in cairns but we have a more casual attitude towards fashion due to the lifestyle!

YOu sghould take some pix of Bris fashion! I really like the style down there

I went to melboure about a month ago, yes you guys are very up to date... though Perth is more laid back and im talking about in genral, people here like to look nice and do wear brands, but the majority arn't fussed they will shove on a billabong Tee and over and done with down to the beach,....

Melbourne and sydney is completely different...this is because more people from over sea's visit (get the drift) though Perth and W.A isnt a major attraction...

^perth does has fashionable people and all..but I've noticed with girls my age it's all layers and tight clothes from supre and cotton on(i dont hav anything against those shops..) I really don't like what they're wearing.

Heyyy Acester,,,,, your exactly right.... its those layerd skirts... becuase boho is in, they wear cheap stuff whats all the same.... and wear it the same..

Cotton on is soo simple, they have the v necks, tee's, polo's its great for easy wear... i agree heaps with you... what do you wear ?

I wish I could not base my opinion solely on these pictures, but i feel like those people are terribly trendy...... I tend to associate it all with Sass & Bide....

I am pretty sure a lot of Australians have better style......

yeah i would feel uncomfortable taking pictures of people. i might try with my camera phone, but i don't work in the city anymore so i won't be in there as much.
