Job Description:
TheFashionSpot is seeking an Account Executive with outstanding sales, communication, and management skills as well as a gift for developing and maintaining relationships. The successful candidate will have strong relationships with boutique agencies and direct advertising clients in the Fashion industry. This position can be based anywhere in the US working from home or in one of our sales offices located in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. The position reports to the SVP/ General Manager of AtomicOnline based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:- Build awareness of theFashionSpot’s offerings and capabilities with Fashion oriented advertisers.
- Generate revenue measured against targeted advertisers.
- Fortify and expand the existing sales relationships within specific vertical industries>
- Direct the entire sales process from account identification to close
- Manage specific key accounts, and work with all levels of client and boutique agency decision makers and influencers
- Develop and execute strategies for penetrating key accounts and prospects
- Build awareness of theFashionSpot’s offerings and capabilities on a national level
- Provide continual input and assessments to sales management in order to drive ongoing improvements in sales strategy and approach
- Assist in development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
- Work with Marketing team to develop breakthrough on-line advertising campaigns , sponsorships and integration programs that will secure Fashion advertisers.
Requirements:- Outstanding customer support/ services skills required
·Understand the value of brand based advertising and marketing.
· Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well within an individual and team environment.
·Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills.
· Managerial experience preferred.- Exceptional PC skills with the following Microsoft applications Word, Excel and Outlook required. Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus.
- Excellent business presentation skills including strong oral and verbal communication
- Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment
- Effectively manage issues and relationships
- Some travel required
