She indeed has had dental problems, already in the 70s. Which is due to her heroin addiction, I'd say. All those drugs simply ruin your teeth, no arguing about that. It's just how it is, unfortunately.
Also, she's had some hip operations in the 20 years which is why she walks with a slight drawl.
I agree on what you guys said about her head seeming to be dirproportioned to her body. It even looks a bit unflattering in the pics I posted above (although I love the outit!
), but apart from that she's actually still very beautiful.
I guess older people can indeed look worse after having been a drug addict over a long period in your earlier life! Definitely!
