Celebs like Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, January Jones and Gwyneth Paltrow looooove their green smoothies as a couldn’t-be-easier way to get obvious health benefits like glowing skin, natural energy and more anti-aging properties than Joan Rivers’ arsenal—and this is one trend you can feel really good about following. We’ll turn you into a regular Popeye with our roundup of the best green smoothie recipes out there… with no need to sacrifice your taste buds on dishwatery sludge or your wallet on fancy-shmancy superfoods from the Amazon. The only instructions are to blend the greens and liquid together first for ultimate smoothness (and less green chunks leftover in your teeth) and add fruit (or your favorite sweetener like agave or honey) to build the flavor to your desired sweetness. Just grab your blender and any of the delicious produce combinations below and get ready to go green.
