Turkey Leftover Pies

These mini Bisquick pies works for a variety of leftovers, but Thanksgiving leftovers are the best so it’s especially good.

  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Leftovers like turkey, stuffing, veggies and cranberry sauce

Heat oven to 375°F and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

In medium bowl, stir Bisquick, milk and eggs with whisk or fork until blended. Spoon 1 scant tablespoon baking mixture into each muffin cup. Top with your leftovers, layering dry to wet ingredients. For instance, turkey on the bottom, cranberry on top. If you don’t have any cranberry sauce or you don’t like mixing sweet and savory, top with a little gravy or cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and tops are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes.
