Danish design company VIPP and supermodel Helena Christensen are teaming-up for the VIPP Charity Auction to benefit Food Bank For New York City and Chernobyl Children’s Project International. Leaders in the Fashion, design, art and entertainment industries are putting their own personal spin on the classic Vipp pedal bin. 

The customized creations will be sold in a silent auction benefiting the two charities on Thursday, September 18^th from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at the Winston Wächter Fine Art Gallery, located at 530 West 25^th Street.

The unique pieces are currently on display for public viewing and pre-bidding at The Conran Shop (407 East 59^th St.), in NYC where they will remain through Thursday, September 18^th. Starting prices range from $500 - $750  

Helena Christensen has contributed three customized VIPP pedal bins to the auction.
