After the Royal Wedding, Kate Middleton changed into another Sarah Burton-designed McQueen gown for the evening’s reception (below, left), which basically meant that between the bride, her sister Pippa, and the guests, last Friday’s fashion news day was a high fashion orgy. But it looks like the Duchess of Cambridge had a bit of a couture hangover, because the next morning, she stepped out in town with her new husband on her arm, wearing a polyester blue-pleated Zara dress, which retails for $89 (below, right). It appears that the dress is still available in stores, so you can buy it for yourself — or, you can follow Kate’s example in another way, by staying true to your own style.
