My very last casting Mum and I made a big mistake and instead of putting into Google maps W. 37th St., we put W. 27th St., so we had to walk 10 blocks in the pouring rain, very smart of us - LOL.

Another 6am call time this morning, slept through my alarm twice!! And woke up with only 15 minutes to wash my hair and get out the door.
September 9: Vintage shopping
I wore my vintage scarf today that I found at a place in Soho called Paracelso, the owner of the shop, Luxor, is the most amazing lady and we felt very privileged to have met her, we spent 2 hours in her shop going through all the amazing treasures — I felt like I could have spent days there and still not have seen it all.

There were a lot of celebrities at the Rodarte show including Taylor Swift, Elle and Dakota Fanning, and of course Anna Wintour.

The inspiration for the collection was a combination of the 1959 Disney classic Sleeping Beauty and the beautiful works of Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh.

Had a great day today, I was very excited to be doing the Jeremy Scott show, he always puts on such an amazingly crazy production!! I wore these great denim cut-out shorts that where shredded all the way down to the knees. (LOVE!!)

September 15: Off to London
Then off to JFK Airport to leave for London @ 6.40pm Yayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!! 7 hour flight, which is not too bad compared to the flight from Australia.

Visited Wilhelmina on our way out of NYC, had a chat with the team and discussed what to expect in London, Milan, & Paris. Had a look at some pics that had come back from a shoot that I did earlier this month and here is one of my favorites.

All packed and ready to leave New York, we are going to miss our apartment as it has been home for the last month!
September 16: My model card in London
There was no time to drop our bags at the hotel, we just got started with our driver and raced to as many casting as we could before 9pm. Our driver dropped mum & I at our hotel at 9.30 pm and we met up with Micki and Miguel from Wilhelmina and a few other Wilhelmina models for dinner.

We met up with Deborah, another model from Union Model management and we traveled together into London to meet with our agency. I was given my book, my show-cards, and a list of 26 castings.

Arrived at Heathrow Airport London at 7am - the line to get through customs was ridiculously long, it was funny to listen to everyone's comments as they got sent to the end of the line.
September 17: More castings
I ended my day with a stack of castings and fittings. Here I am at the Mark Fast casting.

I had the Ashish show this morning at Somerset House. Awesome show! It was all about glitter and sequins, lots of sequins. Our eye makeup was purple glitter and our nails matched.

Then I had the Thomas Tait show, very cool! (I closed this show.) They had blue lights surrounding the catwalk and we had iridescent paint on our arms and faces, to give it a glowing effect.

For my second look I was given the privilege of leading Stanley the Schnauzer down the runway, and of course he stole the show in his midnight-blue matching jacket.

The theme for the show was English summer holidays. They whipped up a cheery atmosphere by filling the lobby of the Claridges hotel ballroom with animal shaped balloons, while serving ice cream and pink lemonade.

Mark Fast - my last show in London
Straight after the Mark Fast show we had to race to the airport to catch our flight to Milan, I am going to miss London! But I am so excited to be heading to Milan.
Catching up with my cousin Lucy
My cousin Lucy, who lives just outside of London, came to visit. We only had a short time in between my shows to catch up. It was great to see her.

After the show I had a break, so we raced back to the hotel and packed our bags for Milan!!! While we were there, we Skyped home to say hi and a big Happy Birthday to my sister Jessica, 19
