After a whirlwind, and celebrity filled, few weeks in New York and London, it's easy to lose steam come Milan Fashion Week, but this season there were some moments that could not go unrecognized. Here are a few of the things we just can't get out of our head from Milan.
The Foil Eyes
At Fendi.
The Finale at Giorgio Armani
The ethereal trio of models that walked as Armani's finale stole the show in their vintage-inspired column gowns.
The Parade of Jeweled Bodysuits
At Dolce & Gabbana.
The Undone Housewives
At Marni. We were obsessed with Christopher Kane's 'ghost fabric' in London and are similarly smitten by Marni's organza underskirts.
Flames at Prada
As much as we all hate to say 'it shoe' or 'it bag', these flamed wedges at Prada have the industry atwitter. Look out for them in at least 20 editorials come spring.
The Custom Minx Nails at Missoni
At Missoni, by editorial manicurist Marian Newman. After the successful collaboration with Target, I didn't think Missoni could put their prints on anything else. It seems I was wrong and I'm hoping Minx releases these as a limited edition style.
The Last Show
A memorable swan song for D&G.
The Hidden Pleats
At Roberto Cavalli. A welcome break from animal prints and gaudy embellishments.
The Parade of Jeweled Bodysuits
At Dolce & Gabbana.
