UK Online Fashion Week

It was announced earlier this year that Vogue.co.uk was launching the first ever Online Fashion Week and it’s finally here. Last year, Vogue.co.uk celebrated Fashion’s Night In, which offered exclusive looks and deals to participating shoppers. This year, they’ve expanded the concept into a whole working week where not only will you find fashionable exclusives and captivating content, but also work to raise money for charity.

From 9 AM December 5 to 6 PM on December 9, Vogue’s microsite will host an array of fashion related events that you can attend simply by logging on. By partnering with some of the world’s leading designers and retailers, Vogue is offering the chance to participate in a number of amazing online interviews and exclusive shopping events whilst they live-blog 24 hours/day. In the spirit of holiday giving, the magazine has also parented with Give as you Live, which allows shoppers to nominate their favourite charity to support when they shop from featured retailers.

Partners who’ve signed on to participate in the event range from luxury brands such as Alexander McQueen and Chanel to high street favourites Topshop and Urban Outfitters. Every partner involved is offering a special event, prize, gift, or discount, so it’s the best place to get a start on your holiday shopping. With everything from exclusive collections to daily deals on offer, this event is not to be missed.

Here are just a few of the events happening throughout the week:

  • Live Twitter Q&As with designers such as Katie Hillier, Anya Hindmarch, Alice Temperley, and Matthew Williamson
  • Exclusive content featuring Florence Welch, David Gandy, Cheryl Cole, and Christopher Kane
  • Advice from the Top, where industry insiders will offer advice and reflections on how they’ve made it in fashion and how you can too
  • The launch of the third edition of the Online Fashion 100 which will honor the most influential people in digital fashion
