One of the many joys BHD brings to me is being able to attend great media events. Last week on my birthday, L'Oreal Fragrance invited me to attend Ralph Lauren The Big Pony Fragrance Collection for women launch. The collection features four distinct scents: sporty, seductive, free-spirit, and style.
In order to distinguish the quartet of fragrances, four DJs were hired to represent four attributes from the Big Pony Collection. After the information session, we were divided into four groups where the respective DJ for that scent taught us how to DJ. Together we were to present a remix, making sure that the music represented the essence of the perfume we sampled.
Did I mention I got to feast on the most delicious bite-size cheesecake? Way to make a girl feel special on her birthday L'Oreal!
Being the huge perfume lover that I am, lover being an understatement, I adore the idea of wearing a different scent based on each mood. When I was introduce to the concept of BIG PONY having four fragrances, it was already appealing to me, all that was left to figure out was which one would I like best. I couldn't possible love all four the same right? WRONG!!! I still can't pick just one, thank goodness. Which means I can wear them all…. just not simultaneously.
Here's a breakdown of each fragrance available in The Big Pony Fragrance Collection for women:
1- The Sporty Fragrance
This scent is floral citrus with a hint of grapefruit and blue lotus. Defined as the fragrance of the confident, fearless, natural born leader who is ready to OWN it by any means necessary.
2- The Sensual Fragrance
Floral meets fruits to complete this scent, with cranberry and tonka mousse. The woman who wears this fragrance is playful, romantic, irresistible, and an occasional heart breaker.
3- The Free-Spirited Fragrance
Floral hints with pear and mimosa highlights. The Natural feminine woman who is eccentric, rebellious and independent embodies this smell. She surely marches to her own tune.
4- The Stylish Fragrance
Oriental floral with wild cherry and purple amber. This scent is for the stylish woman who packs a unique personality and is truly a show stopper.
