As recent as a few years ago, London was the city that held a vast amount of talent but very few commercially successful designers. With the work of the British Fashion Council, and the help of a few key returning designers, it's become a must-see on the fashion month schedule. That said, there were still some weird and wonderful moments that we just can't get out of our heads.
The Dance Mob at Stella McCartney
What better way to show a special collection than with old school supermodels, a magic show, and dramatic, choreographed dance.
The Stellar Front Row at Mulberry
Which included Michelle Williams, Lana Del Rey, and Elizabeth Olsen.
The McQ Presentation
There are few things that feel as right as McQueen in London.
The Lipstick at Basso & Brooke
This multi-tonal look had us nearly missing the clothes.
The Craziness of Meadham Kirchhoff
You never know what to expect with these two but even this was a whole other kind of crazy.
The Phone Chargers on the Front Row
Key sponsor Vodafone made everyone very happy with their in-seat phone chargers.
The Food at the Topshop Space
If it wasn't for Topshop, I don't think we'd ever have found time to eat.
The Grunge Girls at Christopher Kane
One of the standout collections of the week, Kane took his girls downtown.
Everything about Mary Katrantzou
Just when you thought she couldn't get any better, she pulled out another winner.
The Rain at Burberry
The fake rain pouring down outside was a spectacle in itself but the glitter inside was a pleasant surprise.
