The buzziest time for magazine covers is upon us now that more or less all of the September covers have been revealed. The big news is, of course, Lady Gaga on the year's massive Vogue Septemeber issue cover, but there are plenty of other notable glossies to look at. Here's a peak at the stand-outs.
The always stunning Penelope Cruz graces the cover of W Magazine, shot by Mert & Marcus, looking early 90s glam in black gloves, a turtleneck, and chunky necklace.
Robert Pattinson, looking like he could use some sleep, lands the cover of this month
Not only is this one of Vogue
Mert and Marcus shoot Daria Werbowy, Kate Moss, and Lara Stone for Vogue Paris
It’s a shame that Sofia Vergara is not only hard to recognize on this cover, but that it looks more like an ad for a tanning salon or lingerie brand than a glossy magazine cover.
Not the best cover, but it definitely makes a convincing case for head-to-toe florals.
Could this Lindsey Wixson cover get any hotter?
Gwen Stefani rocks quite the chapeau on cover of Harper's Bazaar, shoot by Terry Richardson, it’s arguably one of the month’s best.
Harper's Bazaar UK
Contrary to what Harper's Bazaar UK’s September cover may leave you thinking, Keira Knightley is not starring in an upcoming vampire flick.
It’s wonderful to see supermodel Cindy Crawford on a cover again, but it's a shame that she’s hardly recognizable given her somewhat unfortunately over accentuated winged eye makeup.
Has print on print ever looked this good? Karlie Kloss graces the September cover of Vogue UK shot by Nick Knight.
It may be the most overused word in fashion, but Patrycja Gardygajlo looks nothing short of fierce on this month’s Vogue Portugal cover.
More teen magazine than Elle, no?
