Inspired by India, Vera Wang's Spring 2013 collection boasted some of the most beautifully textured garments we've seen thus far this season. Embroidery, too, helped tell her exotic story and made for particularly eye-catching evening looks. Surprisingly for a designer best known for her after dark wear, the most memorable looks were bermuda shorts, which came in a variety of iterations and made for just about the most sophisticated version of the style one can imagine. Long flirty pleated skirts and shorter tulip styles also held high appeal in the season's richly colored collection.
