Proenza Schouler Spring 2013 Runway Review

We’ve been seeing a ton of leather this season and it continued at Proenza Schouler, making for a slew of structured looks. Silhouettes were kept roomy and, at times, veered almost to the oversized, notably with outerwear. Cowboy-inspired patchwork, perforations, and rivets appeared throughout and made for surprisingly chic dresses and separates, though they would prove quite challenging for most to pull off.

The more fitted looks came in the form of mixed print dresses shown in a slew of color and pattern iterations, many carefully pleated and embellished, making for truly stunning delicate pieces.
