"So apparently Jennifer Lawrence is considered 'obese.'" (Refinery 29). The Hunger Games actress, who is Elle's December cover girl, talked to the fashion magazine about body image in La-La land, confessing that "in Hollywood, I’m obese. I’m considered a fat actress." (The Huffington Post). But don't be too concerned, as none of that Hollywood stereotyping means anything to Jennifer. The beautiful actress quickly followed her comment with the confident quip, “I’m never going to starve myself for a part." (Elle). Phew.

Did Victoria's Secret Model Barbara Palvin Cause the Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Break Up?

Unless you are living under a rock or don't have a Twitter account, you have probably already heard that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez broke up. R.I.P was the sound heard all around the world as young girls and boys (as well as a few from the older crowd) wailed at the demise of Hollywood's youngest "it" couple. But the kiddies weren't the only ones crying. Fashionistas were also stomped and once again used Twitter as their emotional outlet. Glamour tweeted, "Oh no, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have split?!" StyleCaster's Spencer Cain lamented, "I refuse to believe that Justin and Selena broke up, so I'm going back to bed for a long, long time."

But the fashion plot thickens as rumors behind the breakup have come to light, citing Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin as the cause. Apparently, Bieber and Palvin were spotted hanging out at the VS fashion show where Bieber performed a couple of songs, and later took in a Broadway show together. While the Biebs has yet to comment on the nature of his relationship with Palvin, the model on her part used Twitter to quash any rumors. "Last time im saying it. please calm down.there is nothing going on w him.i met him and did a pic w him. wouldnt u do the same?:) ." This is the second time Palvin used Twitter to deny the coupling, making us further believe that these two are mere moments from tying the knot.

And in the most predictable manner, the media storm ensued. E! News put the spotlight on Palvin tweeting, "5 things to know about that Victoria's Secret model Justin Bieber's hanging out with now." StyleCaster tweeted, "I arise from my slumber once again to remind you that  has no business being an Angel. ."

Speaking of scandals and Victoria's Secret models, Karlie Kloss's Native American headdress won't be seeing the light of day anytime soon, or broadcast for that matter. The Thanksgiving themed outfit (apparently meant to reference the harvest season) that was worn by the supermodel was deemed very offensive by various Native American groups, causing its removal. The Huffington Post tweeted, "Victoria's Secret pulls this controversial look from their fashion show's broadcast." Ever the sweetheart, Karlie posted on her Twitter, "I am deeply sorry if what I wore during the VS Show offended anyone. I support VS's decision to remove the outfit from the broadcast." And The Fashion Spot concluded, "Hope this is the end of the Native American headdress as fashion accessory."
