Vera Wang Fall 2013 Runway Review

This season's Vera Wang collection was one of the designer's most dramatic to date. Relying on oversized sculptural shapes, Wang pushed the envelope with volume for some truly remarkable looks.

Shoulders and arms were particular focal points with many looks layered with a cape or wrap or finished with exaggerated arms. Peplums were also prevalent, but done with pumped up volume for an exciting take on the tiresome trend. For those less prone to oversized looks, the designer also presented heavily embellished fitted cocktail minis and slender cigarette pants.
