Fitness trainer, star of The Biggest Loser, wellness expert and life coach, Jillian Michaels, answers our 21 questions.

  1. When I get up in the morning the first thing I do is…get caffeinated, take my supplements, eat and then I wash my face with Dr. Lancer skin care products.
     
  2. I never leave my home without…my iPhone because it has everything I need to live my life during the day — music, photos, Internet, email, news updates, killer apps, etc.
     
  3. My favorite healthy snack is…lemon almonds from the farmers markets.
     
  4. The best thing about being on The Biggest Loser is…it's an international platform to get out my message of happiness and health to as many people as possible.
     
  5. My least favorite thing about being on The Biggest Loser is…watching my contestants get eliminated.
     
  6. People might be surprised to learn that…I hate working out. I do it because I love what it affords me, but when it’s happening I hate it. It’s boring and painful, but skinny jeans are worth it.
     
  7. One person I've always admired is…Hillary Clinton. What a bad ass.
     
  8. The thing I'm most proud of is…my kids.
     
  9. On a typical Saturday night…I pass out at 9 p.m. after watching Caillou for the 1000th time and putting my kids to bed.
     
  10. When I'm running low on energy I…pound an EBOOST and keep going.
     
  11. If my days had one extra hour I would...SLEEP!
     
  12. The one celebrity I'd love to give a fitness makeover is…oh, hell no… this is a recipe for disaster.
     
  13. My favorite clothing brand is…I have many, but I am very into Saint Laurent right now.
     
  14. I own this many pairs of sneakers…WAY WAY too many.
     
  15. The one item in my closet I'm currently wearing the most is…my vintage Cartier nail bracelet.
     
  16. I'm dying to splurge on…a new car.
     
  17. If I could have dinner with any person dead or alive it would be…Einstein.
     
  18. When I'm feeling unmotivated to workout I…play killer tunes to pump up my energy like Avici Levels, Skrillex, Kaskade, etc.
     
  19. When my muscles are sore I…ice, hydrate and do cardio.
     
  20. My beauty essentials are…Avalon Organics lip balm, Coconut oil as a moisturizer, Jane Iredale Tantasia self tanner, Glam natural concealer and Dr. Hauschka eyeliner (dark brown or black).
     
  21. The last thing I Googled was…hotels. I NEED A VACATION!!
