Olivier Theyskens Nina Ricci Spring 2009 collection was full of romantic, almost Victorian-style, evening dresses most of which were cut short in the front with a long and flowing back.
In this opulently rich and intricate collection there was no sign of Theyskens being affected by the dire state of the U.S. economy.
Many of the looks were sheer and most were tailored with slim silhouettes.
Theyskens also daggled sportswear with a number of high-wasted satin shorts paired with monochromatic tanks.
Though the collection was chock-full eye catching, beautiful looks, when it came to wearability many of the looks fell short.
