Wenlan Chia the designer behind Twinkle by Wenlan will leave Bryant Park behind and show her Fall 2009 collection on Sunday, February 15 at Classic Car Club Manhattan this year at 5 pm.
As for what we can expect, the designer notes that this season the Twinkle collection is a mingling of memory lane and runway. The collection will have a 1950’s flare that the designer says “sings of joie de vivre for the modern day Audrey Hepburn.”
