DKNY Spring 2014: Urban and Sporty

DKNY went in an urban, sporty direction for Spring 2014. The brand's 25th anniversary collection included overalls, baseball caps, sneakers, drawstring tops, track pants, hooded outerwear and plenty of loose layers.

That said, the collection also included slinky monochrome floor length dresses, crisp blazers and just like we saw at Alexander Wang earlier in the week, a handful of pieces had a bold DKNY print stamped repeatedly across the fabric (though it should be noted that DNKY has been doing this long before Wang was even in business, Wang took a slightly more sophisticated approach with his blatant branding by carefully laser-cutting his pieces to spell out his name).

Rounding out the collection were closet staples including lean vests and fitted jackets and, for the daring, DKNY brought back parachute pieces.
