This month brought us lots of winners. Kate Moss wearing pieces from her latest Topshop collection under the header "dazzling"— which, naturally, with her silver fringe and star-studded ensemble, she was — covered British Vogue for the 35th time. Also worth singling out is a hot pink-lipped Karolina Kurkova on the cover of Madame Figaro, a feline looking Catherine McNeil on the cover of Vogue Russia and an Old Hollywood glam Scarlett Johansson on Vanity Fair's cover. It wasn't all rainbows and roses however. Daria Werbowy covered Marie Claire's Russian edition looking like a Kristen Dunst doppelganger and Vanessa Paradis looked like a grungy cowboy on the magazine's French edition.
Here's a deeper look at the best and worst of this month's glossies.
Lorde may look a bit awkward on the cover of this Canadian magazine, but how fun (though probably heavy) does her Dolce & Gabbana outfit look?
If there's one model no one ever seems to get tired of...
Harper's Bazaar Australia
A unique and totally glamorous shot of Naomi Watts.
It's always exciting to see a cover that doesn't look like something you've seen a million times before. With glistening skin and a Bottega Veneta dress, Vogue Germany knocks it out of the park with this month's lgosia Bela cover.
Karolina Kurkova makes a strong case for the pink lip on the cover of Madame Figaro.
Marie Claire France
What's worse, the pose or the outfit?
Daria Werbowy or Kirsten Dunst?
Scarlett Johansson looks contemplatively ravishing on this month's Vanity Fair's cover.
Fei Fei Sun wears Burberry Prorsum for this very spring-appropriate cover.
Anyone dying for this entire Kate Moss for Topshop outfit?
Lupita Nyong'o, Emilia Clarke, Elle Fanning, Elizabeth Olsen and Kate Mara all got Marie Claire covers this month.
She’s undeniably beautiful, but it’s a shame that Doutzen Kroes looks like she’s both confused and sad on this cover.
Finally, an InStyle cover that doesn't feel 100% generic. Cameron Diaz wears a perfect-for-spring all-white Donna Karan New York dress and a brown leather Tod's belt.
Some forum members may say she looks "aged," but I think Kylie Minogue looks better than ever — though her brows could use some thickening.
Catherine McNeil is feline perfection.
To their credit, Lake Belle is starring in a film called Million Dollar Arm, but this cover nonetheless feels uninspired.
Now this is an unfortunate swimsuit and coverup combo...
