THE MISSES:

Schiaparelli Haute Couture

“No freshness at all.” [Nymphaea]

“A bit gimmicky as far as I am concerned…” [KissMiss]

“I was definitely more a fan of the previous collection, this indeed feels very dull and reminiscent of Jean Paul Gaultier‘s work.” [dodencebt]

Atelier Versace

“Oh god, why Donatella? There are some nice concepts but there’s too much going on in each single piece and they could have been better executed… As always, the best piece in the entire collection is the power suit Donatella wears in the finale.” [CommanderTMugler]

“I think it’s very trashy, the fittings and cuts on the dresses are abysmal.” [disco54]

“I think it started off quite strong, I was hoping for a more structured look throughout the whole collection. But then it continued with those ill-fitting and tasteless one-leg jumpsuits and it completely lost me at the gowns.” [dodencebt]

Viktor & Rolf Haute Couture

“Seriously, how mundane can you get? I mean, that second dress is a straight-up towel! And a towel that will cost my year’s worth of salary, no less! And the knots and bows are just gimmicky. I don’t get it.” [StoneSkipper]

“Did they put any effort forth at all? It’s essentially unique ways to tie your towel around you…” [lelaid]

“Velvet Villainy!” [Chris_Couture05]
