Cheat Sheet: The 44 Best Looks of Milan Fashion Week Spring 2016

Milan, you’ve outdone yourself. From Dolce & Gabbana’s selfie parade to Moschino’s car wash backdrop, designers pulled out all the stops for Spring 2016. And guess who was there to take it all in? Givenchy Creative Director Riccardo Tisci, who has become quite the globe-trotter. This season, the designer showed in New York and then flew to Milan to take in Prada and Versace along with his gal pal Naomi Campbell. The two sat front row while Donatella Versace presented a collection that surprised editors and retailers alike. Sure, there were still plenty of body-hugging dresses, but this season, the design doyenne also added in everyday separates. (You won’t want to miss that.)

Later, Tisci threw a late-night bash in the city featuring a live performance by Nicki Minaj. If there’s one thing fashion insiders know how to do it’s work hard and play hard. Speaking of, have you heard about the Pasticcerie Marchesi, the Prada-designed pastry shop that opened its doors just in time for Fashion Week? It was the place to see and be seen in between shows. Where do you think all those rainbow-colored candy photos on Instagram came from?
