We also saw a lot of sheen thanks to gold and silver embellishments plus a couple glistening fabrics. Designers felt the need to reimagine the veil this season with Chanel’s models boasting mini mesh versions over their romantic ponytails, Guo Pei topped her bridal look with an ornate crown and both Schiaparelli and Christian Dior gave us hoods.
