Ranjana Khan Capsule Collection for The Limited

A Buddha in Ranjana Khan’s showroom wearing one of her designs.

Ranjana Khan is not only the wife of fashion designer Naeem Khan, but a successful jewelry designer favored by the likes of Michelle Obama. Her pieces retail for $300-plus at shopping meccas like Bergdorf Goodman, but come mid-November you can get earrings, necklaces, and bracelets from the designer for a fraction of that price when she launches her capsule collection for The Limited. The 15-piece Holiday collection is priced between $69 and $120 and includes Khan’s trademark Indian-influenced embroidered beads (before launching her costume jewelry collection, Khan ran Phoenix Hand Embroidery where she worked with the likes of Alexander McQueen and Jean Paul Gaultier), chunky semi-precious stones, and ribbon.

I stopped by the designer’s showroom to see the impressive collection in person. I was pleased to find that despite their substantial appearance, all of the pieces are lightweight (even the earrings!) For me, the stand-out pieces are clip-on tassel earrings and a chunky gold chain necklace. See the entire collection for yourself in the slideshow below.
