We chat with Cynthia Vincent about her new QVC partnership, which also includes Geren Ford, Karen Zambos, and Rachel Pally.

It’s hard to keep track of all the designer collaborations happening these days (hello, Jason Wu for Target and Marni for H&M) but when I heard about a handful of new QVC partnerships, I had to do a little investigating. It turns out that four of my favorite designers — Cynthia Vincent, Geren Ford, Karen Zambos, and Rachel Pally – are debuting collections that kick off live on QVC on February 10-11 at 10 PM EST. Celebrities like AnnaLynne McCord, Melissa Rycroft, and Kelly Bensimon have already been seen out and about in a few of my favorite pieces under $100. Check out the photos below of McCord modeling CV by Cynthia Vincent's Ruffle Front Maxi Dress in Multi ($99.50) and KZ by Karen Zambos' Printed Kimono Top in red ($62.50). So get ready to tune in if you want to be among the first to grab a piece of the action.

I visited Cynthia Vincent’s uber-chic studio near Bryant Park in NYC to chat with she-of-all-things-bohemian-luxe on what to expect from her new line and why she decided to team up with the retail powerhouse.

The Fashion Spot: Why did you decide to collaborate with QVC?

Cynthia Vincent: QVC is a great company and has an amazing customer base. It will allow me to bring my designs at a more affordable price to the QVC customer.

tFS: How does your collection for QVC differ from your designer one?

CV: My collection for QVC focuses on new interpretations of my top selling and all-time favorite pieces.

tFS: Do you have a favorite piece from the collection?

CV: One of my favorite pieces is the little black dress with embellishment and draping in the back. It is a timeless classic and a style that is both comfortable and sexy. The best thing about it is that it flatters all figures!

tFS: Who is the Cynthia Vincent girl? I know I consider myself to be one … let’s see if I match up.

CV: She’s stylish, possesses an easy elegance, and is modern with a dash of eclectic.

tFS: Sounds about right!

A tangerine striped top not only incorporates the season's hottest color, but the tie-front silhouette works perfectly with maxi skirts and high waist pants.
