If being the editor of such a big magazine is not enough work in itself, Alexandra even had to sacrifice her spare time to write her book, which meant early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The lady must never stop working! The book follows the lives of three friends who all have different goals as to what they want to achieve out of life. There’s Kendra, journalist Salome, and Annie who is married with a baby, and as you’ve probably already guessed, the book explores how they can remain friends, despite taking three very different journeys in life. A story that will surely resonate with all of us, me included. Fear not, the book also features many stories about the 80s fashion scene, which includes how pretentious Joseph stores actually used to be.
Joseph’s First Ever Catwalk Show
It’s funny that the book should feature the label Joseph, as this week it has been excitingly announced that they plan to showcase their next collection in the form of a catwalk show whereas previously they have only ever exhibited in the form of presentations. The brand which was originally founded in the 80s is currently run by Louise, who was previously a designer for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. So, already another reason to be super excited about September’s upcoming shows.
