Black Friday sales and the shopping madness that ensues are par for the course for the Fashion Spot forum shopaholics. I couldn’t resist joining the masses (even if I was only online) and doing a little (ok, a lot) of shopping for myself. Below are some Black Friday shopping highlights, and of course, like true shopaholics, these buys are holiday season gifts to ourselves.
Jinadaze will be keeping warm this winter in a grey Lindex sweater.
Rochasfille scored a pair of Marsell lace-up boots at Barney’s for 40% off on Black Friday. “They make me think of Edward Scissorhands,” she wrote.
The last thing I need is more bracelets, but I was too tempted by a good deal while shopping online at Saks Fifth Avenue to pass up this set of bangles by Milly. I also added a cream colored See by Chloé sweater to my cart in an effort to introduce some variety to all the black and grey sweaters I’ve accumulated over the years.
Ethereal had been searching for a nude-colored knit with sequins and found exactly what she wanted in this Oasis sweater from Asos.
These Sam Edelman Padma pumps that I purchased from Bloomingdales had a Valentino/Louis Vuitton vibe with an edge that I couldn’t pass up when it came to Black Friday online sales.
While I was on a roll shopping for myself, I caved and ordered a classic Alexander McQueen skull scarf in black and ivory.
Emma peel hit up Barney’s for 40% off on this structured Givenchy Obsedia bag.
Another of emma peel’s Black Friday buys was this pair of olive green Alexander Wang sandals.
Zarina added some glittery pumps from Topshop to her shoe collection “just for fun.”
