If you've been perusing the fashion mags, you've likely heard the term fluted hem. It's a new silhouette for fall, and since they come around rarely, it's important for fashionistas to take note. Think of it like a pencil skirt with a flounced hem; a (much) more pared down version of the classic Flamenco gown. It's an uber feminine shape that has the ability to take your girlish figure up a notch in sex appeal.
