Jennifer Lopez x Giuseppe Zanotti’s (Literally) Dazzling Shoe Collab Just Dropped

Back in July, Jennifer Lopez and Giuseppe Zanotti teased their upcoming footwear collaboration, a line that would be “less fireworks and more cool” than Zanotti collections past…or so the Italian stiletto baron claimed. Well, the 15-piece Giuseppe for Jennifer Lopez line finally dropped today — and understated it is not.

The range is comprised of six unique designs in various “modern” colorways — cool grays, soft pastels, warm taupes, glimmering metallics, nearly-black navy. It’s the Italian luxury brand’s “largest range and most involved partnership to date” and it definitely brings the ooh-factor. The suede Jen bootie — “a contemporary take on the cage style” — is perhaps the tamest of the designs. Louder offerings include a strappy, snakeskin-printed leather gladiator that rises to the knee (the Emme High) and a hidden-wedge mid-top sneaker with crystal-accented bar buckles (the Tiana).

“I, like so many other women, love a great pair of shoes,” stated Lopez in a press release. “Whether I’m walking the red carpet, performing on stage or meeting my girls for lunch on a day off, shoes pull a look together and literally and figuratively lift me up. With Giuseppe, we created an ultra-modern, feminine collection of killer heels, sexy flats and fashion-forward sneakers. And as you would expect, there’s just the right amount of sparkle.” (In the case of the corset-style Lynda bootie, “just the right amount of sparkle” equals literally hundreds of varying-sized crystals.)

What’ll it run you to walk in Jennifer Lopez’s shoes? The limited-edition collection ranges in price from $795 to $2,995 (for the aforementioned crystal-encrusted bootie). The line is now available in select Giuseppe Zanotti Design stores globally and via the brand’s e-commerce site. The collab is also available at select department stores, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
