The sexy simplicity of 1970s style never goes out of fashion. Those neckline baring jumpsuits, silver and gold lame halter dresses, and playful hot pants evoked a liberating time in fashion where women could wear clothes that were less constricting than those of the 1960s. Oversized sunglasses and wide leg pants never went out of style, but they are an even bigger trend for Spring 2011. An easy skirt and loosely fitted sweater at Fendi along with a fitted pant suit by Etro are glimpses of what we can expect from 70s-inspired designer collections.
