On November 5th, the Fashion Spot headed to Vancouver, Canada for an event that included a stellar performance by Lady Gaga DJ/Producer DJ VH1, and fashion shows by avant garde designer Nancy Black and Project Runway Canada's Kim Cathers (KDON), among others.
