Chia Seeds: Delicious Ways to Include This Superfood in Your Diet

Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit Co. Chia Bowl (serves 2)

  • 4 (8-ounce) cups of white chia seeds
  • Chloe’s Mango Soft Serve Fruit
  • A few blueberries and strawberries

Directions: Mix seeds and Chloe’s Soft Serve Fruit together so all chia is submerged. Place cover and place in refrigerator. Stir periodically for 2 hours. Should have a pudding-like texture. Garnish with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
