Why we like it: No stranger to chic red carpet beauty looks, Lively’s carefully lined eyes and rosy pout work perfectly with both her skin tone and hair color. Thankfully more blonde than red these days (the red did nothing to accent her warm tanned skin), her thoughtfully windswept hair looks relaxed but also very red carpet appropriate.
How to get it at home: A highlighter or illuminator is a girl’s best friend if you’re looking to achieve this look at home. Mix a few drops of a highlighter such as Benefit’s High Beam $24 in with your foundation or moisturizer to get an all over glow and accent around your cheeks and eyes for an added sheen. A warm cheek stain such as Tarte’s Natural Beauty Cheek Stain $30, can help you get her warm glowing blush without added layers of powder. For those of you not comfortable with false eyelashes, either apply a few coats of a thickening mascara on lined eyes or carefully apply a few single lashes, such as Make Up For Ever’s Individuals $15, around the outside of your eye to get a similar look. To finish off the look, apply a semi-matte lipstick is a mauve/berry tone such as NARS’ Lipstick in Catfight $24.
