Television is getting bigger, better and binge-worthier than ever before. It’s no wonder that at last nights Emmys (yup, awards season has officially unofficially begun), the stars of the small screen served up beauty looks worthy of serious screen time. Some of this season’s most wearable makeup trends hit the red carpet hard. To wit: The usual slicked-back ‘dos made their appearance but quite a few came in of-the-moment cropped iterations. Bold, bright lipsticks had their day, as did colorful eyes and strobed cheekbones. Many even opted for refreshing no-makeup makeup, a testament to the influence of the all-natural-everything movement.
