DVF for Gap Kids to Launch Next Month (Forum Buzz)

Art Peck, the president of Gap for North America said:

“I’m looking forward to offering our customers an exciting collection that applies [DVF’s] signature approach to print, optimistic color and femininity.”

In the behind-the-scenes video on the Gap’s website (which you MUST check out below, because it is too cute to miss), we see little girls interacting with the legendary designer as she outfits them and shoots the ad campaign for the collection.

The only thing that upsets me about this collaboration is that there aren’t grown-up clothes by DVF for me to buy at the Gap (or try to buy before ebay vultures snag them anyway). But from what I can see, it looks great, and if I had a little girl, I would definitely want to dress her in some of these pieces. DVF didn’t make the mistake of making miniature adult clothes that look stiff or too precious. Little girls can play and have fun in this stuff while still looking super cute.
