Venao Put the S&M In Swim

Venao Apparel Inc. is a fresh Toronto-based swimwear label entering the international market in 2013 with its new collection of bold and edgy designs. As the brainchild of Julie Khinkis and Tatiana Paratchuk, the Swim 2013 range is ruled by black and features devil-may-care daring cuts (read: show face at the gym before wearing).

I’m bringing up swimwear in the middle of October because, for many, this is peak holiday getaway time. The hurricanes have left the Caribbean and the kids are back in school, which means it’s time for adult fun in the sun! And you can’t get more adult than these creations. Chains, clasps, reptile skin and feathers (What? No whips?), this collection is high-society diva vs. fifty shades of fabulous. But do you dare to wear?

For a closer inspection of the new line, Venao Apparel is presenting the SWIM2013 collection at the trendy Courthouse, located at 57 Adelaide Street East, Toronto, on October 20 at midnight.
