Ruby Rose and Fiancee Promote Upcoming Fashion Collection at Gay Pride Festival

Ruby Rose and her fiancee Phoebe Dahl attended the 40th Annual San Diego Lesbian and Gay Pride Festival over the weekend, wearing bright androgynous threads from the pair’s upcoming new range. “Hello PRIDE @faircloth_supply and I in our home made costumes… from our upcoming range!!” Ruby revealed on her Instagram account.

Granddaughter to beloved children’s author Roald Dahl, Phoebe already owns Faircloth & Supply, the ethical fashion label under which the new range is expected to fall. The collection has been dubbed Faircloth Lane and from what we’ve seen so far, it features extremely loud prints on unisex suiting.

The pieces seem to be going down a pretty different direction to Faircloth & Supply’s current offering, which sticks to a neutral colour palette and soft, delicate cuts with pieces like feminine peplum swing tops and drop-crotch, plaid linen pants.

But the loved-up pair who met just six months ago are making waves for more than their wardrobe choices at the moment. According to Ruby’s Instagram, the 28-year-old “called Phoebe up against her will” in the middle of her DJ set and publicly kissed her fiancee in front of 300,000 festival-goers. The “magic moment” was captured, and luckily for the budding designers, they were wearing the new label while doing it.
