Christophe Lemaire might have exited his post at Hermès, but the designer is still as occupied as ever. As he works on his own brand, he’ll also be raking in a few extra side coins, thanks to his new partnership with Uniqlo. Lemaire is set to release a capsule collection with Uniqlo, due out in the fall.
The range will include options for both men and women and, if Uniqlo’s previous collaborations are any indication, will likely be pretty affordable. “I myself am really looking forward to getting a glimpse of the results of our tie up and am thrilled that we are able to bring it to our customers around the world,” said Tadashi Yanai, chairman of parent company Fast Retailing.
We can’t wait to see what Lemaire whips up either.
