Headband Trend Still Strong With Celebrities

Headbands with large flower accents were seen at the Sonia Rykiel Fall 2010 show, and celebrities are making this accessory their own.

Rhianna was recently photographed leaving her hotel in Paris to meet with Jean-Paul Gaultier.

Looking chic for her meeting with the renowned designer, she sported a floral headband with a large flower fashioned from peach polka dotted tulle.

The translucent pastel fabric played beautifully off her vibrant hair and radiant skin, and it added a glamorous touch to her classic and simple outfit.

Jessica Alba’s daughter Honor Marie was spotted arriving at Nate N’ Nals restaurant in Beverly Hills for breakfast.  Honor Marie shows how younger fashionistas can follow this trend, and sported a black headband with furry pom poms.  Alba’s daughter kept it cute, and her headband was a great way to dress up her outfit.

Katie Waissel from The X Factor was seen in London wearing a colorful headband – a perfect feminine twist to her boyish outfit.  The pairing of masculine and feminine worked well with her ensemble, and Waissel’s look was reminiscent of Madonna during her Desperately Seeking Susan days.

Reality star turned designer Lauren Conrad was seen recently at Barnes & Noble, signing copies of her books Sugar and Spice and Lauren Conrad Style Guide.  Ever the California girl, Conrad sported a loose up-do with waves framing her face. Adding a subtle shine to her ‘do: a small sparkle headband.

Actress Jennifer Ellison was seen wearing a silver braided headband while shopping at a boutique in Cricket, in Liverpool. With an array of celebrities wearing the look in so many different ways, this trend will surely last for seasons to come.
