Why we like it: The Material Girl managed to have a little fun on the red carpet even though it was the premiere of her directorial debut. Her custom blue Vionnet gown featured red butterfly embroidery all over and was paired with the brand’s red platform sandals. Miu Miu sparkling shades were the perfect finishing touch.
