Three Ways to Wear Chunky Knits Inspired by Constance Jablonski, Naomie Harris and Leigh Lezark

Leigh Lezark attended the launch of fellow fashionista Anna Dello Russo’s collection for H&M in Paris in an eye-catching black and red sweater in a chunky cross pattern. The DJ mixed up the just-‘grandma’-enough sweater (which, incidentally, was spotted on models backstage at NYFW) with a pair of leather shorts and look-at-me over-the-knee boots. Bright lipstick and a chain satchel completed her rock ‘n’ roll look.

At the Derek Blasberg for Opening Ceremony stationary launch, model Constance Jablonski went for winter whites in a popcorn knit sweater and black skinnies. The way she pushed up the sleeves enhanced this sweet and slouchy sweater’s profile, while the crispness of the color contrast and her accessories kept this look polished.

Chunky knits aren’t just for sweaters! Naomie Harris rocked a white knit dress by Chanel at a Skyfall photocall. The dress’ Sixties silhouette decked the actress out in true Bond girl style, hugging her in all the right places, while the oversized sleeves added interest. Pieces like this are an easy way to keep wearing knits even when the sun comes back out.
