Double-Take #2: Caroline Sieber and Rinko Kikuchi in Chanel

Quite a few stars dressed up in ghoulish attire last week. The UNICEF UK Halloween Ball played host to a masquerade of outfits over in London, but Caroline‘s idea of spooky apparently involves this Chanel Fall 2013 embellished dress with high collar. Accessories included black gloves, leggings and coordinating Christian Louboutin pumps, seemingly replicating the runway styling. Rinko Kikuchi selected Chanel’s dramatic creation back in July during her whirlwind promotional tour for Pacific Rim. Two-tone Chanel pumps capped off the star’s London premiere look.
